Dave Perry-Miller

Dave Perry-Miller, a high profile agent and founder of Dave Perry-Miller & Associates, has a relaxed manner and quick smile. Though it is not his easy-going personality that has received a lot of attention, it is his accomplishments.

As one of the highest achieving realtors in the history of real estate sales in the region, Dave has a track record that is admired by the industry and his clients as well. Dave’s clients often become long-term friends. It’s not uncommon for Dave to have represented three generations of buyers and sellers within the same family.

A graduate of Washington and Lee University in Virginia, Dave is a major donor of The Dallas Area Scholarship Fund. Additionally, he is a past member of numerous boards including Preservation Dallas, The P.M. League of Dallas Museum of Art and Chairman of the Circle of Care for the American Diabetes Association.

An avid architecture and history buff, Dave lives in Dallas with a Portuguese Water Dog: Henry James, and a somewhat overweight Bouvier: Edith Wharton. After twenty-five plus years, houses, neighborhoods, and the architecture of Dallas remain a passion, not just a profession.
